Welcome to the David C. Abbott PTO! Our PTO is a parent-run organization, with the support of teachers and staff, whose goal is to foster an educational and exciting environment that supports our children and our school. The DAELC PTO executes a number of assemblies, events, and activities, during the school year to enrich each student’s experience at DAELC.
This year, a few of our events will include the Fall Pumpkin Patch, Winter Activities, 100 Days of School Celebration, Spring Fling, and Field Day. Favorite activities include chick-hatching, classroom butterflies, and a number of exciting assemblies. All of our school events and activities are planned and made possible through PTO membership dues, fundraising, and parent involvement. The DAELC PTO also supports our community and surrounding areas through food drives and a number of additional volunteer opportunities.
Supporting the PTO is a wonderful way to be involved in your child’s education. By sharing your time, effort, and donations, parents, guardians, and caregivers can show that you are dedicated to making DAELC and your child’s experiences here, the best it can be.
