Welcome to all!  My name is Ms. June Carman.  I am the preschool teacher for your child.  I would like to introduce our “in class resource” teacher, Ms. Lawrence and our speech therapist, Miss Yasmin. We also have a full time assistant. Together we are looking forward to the new adventure ahead!

The start of the year is always a time of great excitement for so many of the children however many may have “butterflies.”  This is true for me too.  I will work hard to help everyone feel comfortable and excited about their first few weeks of school as they adjust to their new routines, rules, learning environment, classmates and daily life in school.

We will be having a lot of “hand washing lessons” and learning to use the bathroom without asking permission. Please be sure your child comes to school with a ziplock bag labeled with their change of clothes. There pencil case, sheets, coats, sweaters, lunch boxes should all be labeled with their names.

Please be sure to go through your child’s folder every day.

I look forward to meeting you at our Back to School night on September 18th, Monday evening. There will be a 7:00 session and an 8:00 session. I will share a slide show as I explain the daily routine.
