Please check your child daily for these symptoms:

  Fever (measured or subjective)
  chills
  rigors (shivers)
  myalgia (muscle aches)
  headache
  Sore throat
  nausea or vomiting

  Shortness of breath
  Difficulty breathing
  New loss of smell

If your child has TWO or more from Table A or at LEAST ONE field in Table B, please keep your child home and notify the school nurse.  Children in school will be sent home to potentially isolate for 10 days unless they have a negative PCR test, nasal PCR preferred. The child must also be improving.
